By placing an order with Boosterkongen, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store.

General

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made from Boosterkongen. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms whenever necessary. The version published at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully authorized.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding agreement is established once the order confirmation has been sent.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or other obvious mistakes. If this occurs, you will be notified and any payment received will be refunded in full.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Norway.

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination. Any delivery times provided are estimates only. Delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Returns, refunds, and the right of withdrawal are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Norwegian consumer legislation.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, occasional errors or minor inaccuracies may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Boosterkongen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Norwegian law.
