Right of Withdrawal
Under Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Sealed products must remain unopened.
- The return request must be made within the withdrawal period.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Non-Returnable Products
To protect the integrity and value of collectible products, we cannot accept returns of sealed trading card products that have been opened. This includes booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and similar products.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will normally be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Including your order number and photos of the product will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
